Please be informed that if your service is suspended or your balance is depleted, you will be charged a monthly subscription fee of 5 GEL according to the service agreement.
Without paying the above amount, it is impossible to restore our service and if you do not wish to continue cooperation, in order to terminate the contract, you must return the subscriber device that was temporarily transferred for use. According to the contract signed by us before the device is returned, the subscriber has the status of “active”, whose service has been temporarily suspended.

The company contacts subscribers with accumulated debts by phone, sends a reminder SMS message regarding the need to repay the debt on time, and if the subscriber ignores the messages and calls, the company is authorized to act in accordance with the law and apply to the relevant services for forced collection of the debt.
